Aloo Chaat | Potato Chaat

Aloo Chaat – is one of the most popular street foods in Kurnool(Rayalaseema/Andhra Pradesh). This is a home style, simple, quick to make if you have boiled potatoes on hand. In North side, Aloo chaat is made with deep fried potatoes. Usually chaats always served with sweet and green chutneys. But this Aloo Chaat is completely different from the regular aloo chaat. All the healthy ingredients are used in this tasty chaat and will be ready in just 5 mins if the boiled potatoes are ready. This can be served as a snack or appetizer. 2 servings of this fills you up and it works as a lunch too.

I am providing instructions just for 2 servings. You can always double or triple the measures. Any way except potato, all the spices and rest of the ingredients are well enough to make several servings.
