Tomato Cucumber Salad | 5 Min Salad

Tomato Cucumber Salad is a classic salad, bright, light, cooling, colorful and so refreshing. This easy salad is made with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes & radishes with a dash of lime juice, salt and pepper. This 5 minute salad is inexpensive, easy to make and awesome cooler on a hot day. You may include onion slices also in layering. I just like it to be quick and simple. You can serve this as a breakfast with fruit or veggie juice on side or can also be served as a quick, healthy & refreshing snack in the evening. Perfect for hot summer days!!!

I also sprinkled some masala puffed rice on top for variation.. It is not necessary but just to serve & enjoy in different ways.. You may also try sprinkling some chaat masala too.
