Creamy Mango Chia Parfait | Mango Smoothie Parfait

Say hello to your new favorite snack! Enjoy this mango season with this cool, creamy and naturally sweet Mango parfait. Each spoonful is a perfect balance of tropical flavor and satisfying texture—fruity, rich, and just a little bit nutty. Whether enjoyed as a wholesome breakfast, a light snack, or a guilt-free dessert, this parfait is sunshine in a glass. It’s as pretty as it is delicious—and takes just minutes to put together!

This is a beautiful, feel-good combo of juicy mango chunks, velvety Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of crunchy nuts & granola and chia seeds for a little superfood boost.

To make it, I blended ripe mango with Greek yogurt for a silky smoothie base. Chia seeds were soaked in advance for a soft, pudding-like texture, and I lightly roasted and chopped some nuts for a crunchy contrast.

In a glass, I layered the mango smoothie with loosened Greek yogurt, soaked chia seeds, and those toasty chopped nuts. I added a layer of granola for a bit of extra crunch, followed by more mango smoothie and juicy mango slices on top. A final sprinkle of finely chopped nuts or hemp seeds finished it off beautifully.

“You can layer the ingredients in any order you like—have fun and get creative with it!”

Feel free to add as many layers as you like to suit your taste and style.”

If your mangoes aren’t super sweet, just blend in a little sugar or honey—it’s all about balance.
