Here’s a suggested approach for this delicious pasta:
- Base Vegetables: Start with capsicum and cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes if cherry tomatoes aren’t available). These will add a burst of flavor and moisture.
- Additional Veggies: Incorporate zucchini and beans for their juiciness and texture. Broccoli can be added for a nice crunch and additional nutritients.
- Cooking Tip: Saute the vegetables until they are tender and slightly caramelized. This will help to release their juices and enrich the pasta with flavor.
Adjust the quantities and vegetables according to your taste and availability and the amount of pasta you’re preparing. Enjoy your meal!
