Instructions
Cook The Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Add ½ tsp cumin seeds and allow them to sputter.
Firstly, add 1 cup bell peppers and saute on high for 2 minutes.
Now, add 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes(or 2 standard tomatoes) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
At this point, turn the heat to low and add the Vangeebath masala and salt. Mix for a few seconds, taking care not to burn the spices.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the vegetables.
Add 2 teaspoons of lime juice, if desired.
Taste the dish and adjust the spices as needed.
Finally, garnish with chopped cilantro and roasted sesame seeds for added nutrition.
Serve hot or warm for lunch or dinner.
Notes
Feel free to add any other quick-cooking veggies you like or have on hand, such as bell peppers, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, asparagus or beans.
If cherry tomatoes are unavailable, use standard tomatoes.
Use more tomatoes for juicy pasta.
