Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber chunks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cups spincah loosely packed
  • ¼ lime or lemon peel and white pith removed
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. If using regular cucumber instead of seedless, peel, remove seeds.
  2. You can add mango, banana, apple or pineapple for sweetness.
  3. You can honey or agave nectar(for vegans) to make it sweeter or blend with a fresh medjool date.
