How to make Mashed Potato Masala

Ingredients
- potatoes – 4
- salt
- red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- any masala powder (optional) – 1/2 tsp
- chat masala – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes in half. Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker.
- Peel the skin off the potatoes, add them to a bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin/jeera powder, chat masala and salt. You can add any masala like garam masala or rasam powder for more flavor.
- Mash potatoes using your fingers or you can use potato masher.
- Use right away in any chats, sandwiches, paratas.
