Air fryer Gobi/Cauliflower

Who do not like a Gobi Manchurian and that too made without deep frying…? I know everyone will love it.

I usually make air fryer gobi that goes into my Gobi noodles and Gobi fried rice. As I spend a lot of time making noodles and fried rice and I do not want to spend more time deep frying the Gobi.  Of course, you might not get the deep fry taste, but u will love it especially when u mix it with some noodles or Cauliflower fried rice and this tastes great if served immediately. You can use this in making Gobi Manchurian or eat it as a Gob- 65(don’t forget to top it with a dash of lemon juice and onions)
