Carrot Cucumber Grape Juice

This is a Healthy & Nutritious Morning drink. I’ve been having a lot of fun experimenting with different flavor combinations with fruits and veggies. So far, carrots and apples are staples in the majority of the juices I concoct. But in this juice, I tried grapes instead of apples for a change. Every outcome is different and yummy. These healthy freshly made juices don’t carry added water, sugar, high fructose corn syrups or un-nameable ingredients.

Carrot juice on its own is amazing, with cucumber, it cools your body and grapes add vitamin C & anti oxidants. Carrot juice is remarkably sweet, without being overbearing in vegetable flavor. Carrots are great for your liver, digestive tract, and eye-sight. Content-wise, carrot juice is one of the richest sources of vitamin A that can be incorporated into your diet, daily. It’s also concentrated in vitamins C, K, fiber and few minerals. Cucumber is high in magnesium, vitamin C and K.

It is incredible to fill your body up with vitamins and minerals just after rising from bed. This juice can also be consumed as a mid morning drink or after a workout, exercise or walking. Try with or without ice. Replace coffee or tea with homemade healthy juices for a few days to see the changes in your body.

How to make Carrot Cucumber Grape Juice?

  • It is important to wash everything before juicing.
  • After washing, I cut the fruits and vegetables into big pieces or strips.
  • Juicer (affiliate link). The next step is to pass everything through the juicer (affiliate link). If you want to separate the carrot pulp, pass the carrots through the juicer (affiliate link) first, and then the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blender. If you make the juice in the blender, put all the ingredients in the blender glass with a little water, just enough to run the motor well. When everything is perfectly blended, pass the juice through a fine strainer, or a bag used to make almond milk.
  • Use this recipe as a guide, use what you have at home, and if you don’t have cucumbers or apples, don’t fret.

Can Leftover Carrot Juice be saved?

Any juice will always be better freshly made, but if you need to store it, put it in the refrigerator in a tightly covered jar. It normally lasts three to four days.

With this juicer, Juice can be stored for up to 72 hours without degradation or the juice separation that occurs with other juicers.

Ideas for using the pulp

  • You can use carrot pulp to make bread or carrot cake.
  • You can use the pulp to make raita or make curry using lots of onions, and cooked toor dal.
  • You can use carrot pulp in making Masala jowar roti or Ragi roti or Biyyampindi (rice flour) roti.
