Masala Jowar Puffs Recipe – Quick, Healthy & Crispy Snack in 10 Minutesack)
Ingredients
- 4 cups Jowar puffs
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
- ½-1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp dry mango powder
- ½ tsp cumin/jeera powder
- 3 tsp ghee
Instructions
- Mix all the spices in a cup and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tsp ghee in a wide pan. Add the jowar puffs and fry on low–medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until they turn crisp.

- Reduce heat to low (or switch off). Add 2-3 tsp spice powder(from step 1) and sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp ghee.
- Turn off the heat and toss quickly so all the puffs are coated evenly without burning the masalas.
- Spread the masala puffs on a plate, let them cool completely, and then transfer to an air-tight container. Stays fresh for up to 2-3 weeks.
