Ingredients

cup
watermelon cubes

cucumber slices
peeled or unpeeled

mint leaves
for blending and garnishing

honey

lemon juice

ice cubes

Instructions
Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Strain the juice using a strainer. This is an optional step, it tastes good even with the pulp.
Serve with ice cubes, watermelon cubes, mint leaves and cucumber ribbons.
Notes
No need of using honey if the watermelon is sweet enough.
Vegans can substitute honey by agave nectar or sugar.
You may add a little black salt. It goes well with this recipe.
Staining the juice is optional.
You may grind ice along with the watermelon or you can freeze watermelon cubes directly!
