Ingredients

  • 1 large Apple cored and chopped
  • 5 Carrots peeled and chopped
  • ½" Ginger peeled and chopped
  • ½ lime or lemon

Instructions

  • Cut apple into medium pieces and remove the core.
  • Peel the carrot and dice into thin, long pieces.
  • If you're using an Omega Juicer, start by adding the apples first, followed by the ginger.
  • Remove the apple pulp extracted, and discard it in the trash.
  • Now, add the carrots to the juicer. You can collect the fibrous pulp and reuse it in soups, smoothies, or even baking for an extra boost of fiber.
  • Finally, pour the juice into a cup, squeeze in a little lime or lemon juice for a zesty finish, and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon powder. Sip, savor, and enjoy the goodness!

Serving Ideas:

  • This healthy and nutrient-rich carrot apple ginger juice is perfect for replenishing your body after a workout, giving you a quick boost of energy and essential vitamins. Enjoy it regularly and let your hair and skin soak up the benefits — all without adding extra carbs. It's a beautiful, refreshing addition to your breakfast routine.

If using a Blender or mIxer grinder jar

  • Blend the chopped carrots, apples, and ginger to your blender. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon or lime. Add a little water to help with blending and get your desired consistency.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the juice is too thick, add a bit more water to loosen it up.
  • For a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. If you like a bit of texture, you can skip this step.

Notes

  1. Pour 3/4 cup water if using a blender jar or a food processor jar or a mixer grinder jar. Water is needed to puree all solid ingredients.
  2. Fresh juice is always best enjoyed right after preparation, as it starts to lose nutrients over time due to oxidation.
  3. For an extra boost, juice 2 stalks of celery along with the other ingredients — it adds even more detoxifying and anti-inflammatory benefits.
  4. Want to sweeten things up naturally? Stir in a spoonful of honey for a sugar-free touch of sweetness that pairs beautifully with the apple, carrot, ginger, and lemon blend.
