Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale or baby kale medley
  • cup orange juice
  • ½ large banana sliced
  • cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • cup greek yogurt or hung curds
  • cup almond milk or other milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You may add other fruits.
  2. Use freshly squeezed or store bought orange juice.
  3. Add honey or agave nectar for sweet taste.
  4. Add any milk of your choice.
