- ash gourd chopped
- lemon juice optional

Cut ash gourd, remove skin and seeds.
Blend to a smooth puree. Strain using a nut milk bag or cotton cloth or tea strainer.
Consume as is or you can add lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt.
Serve immediately.
