Spring Onion/Green Onion Paratha, with detailed photo and video recipe. A quick to make delicious and healthy Indian style paratha. This Spring onion paratha is made by adding green onions to the dough along with few Indian spices. This unique and flavored paratha is an ideal alternative recipe to the traditional paratha recipe which are generally made with vegetable-based stuffing. It is generally made and served with any vegetable curry or paneer curry or a hint of raita and pickle for lunch and dinner, it can also be served as a snack.

This same recipe can be applied to most of the paratha recipes using leafy greens. These parathas can be packed for traveling or lunch boxes with a hint of pickle.
