Tawa Idli

Tawa idli is a delicious and super quick snack – an improvisation of a combination of leftover idlis(or fresh idlis), pav bhaji masala, basic spices, onion, tomato, and lemon juice. It takes only 15 mins to make and tastes great as breakfast, kids lunch box or as an evening snack with some tea or coffee. To break the monotony of a regular idli and chutney, or Idli Upma, Tawa Idli is a delicious twist to the regular idli.
